2、t-gas,MIG)焊系統(tǒng),利用MultDaq電信號(hào)采集系統(tǒng)采集焊接電流和電弧電壓波形,借助高速攝像系統(tǒng)同步拍攝電弧形態(tài)及熔滴過渡過程,實(shí)時(shí)監(jiān)測(cè)焊接過程。觀察不同電弧電壓下的焊絲燃弧情況及熔滴過渡方式,研究短路過渡和大滴過渡形式下的交替燃弧機(jī)理,以及電弧電壓對(duì)單電源三絲MIG焊交替燃弧過程的影響。結(jié)果表明,當(dāng)焊接電源供給能量較小時(shí),并聯(lián)的三根焊絲上的電流分配呈現(xiàn)“此消彼長(zhǎng)”的規(guī)律而導(dǎo)致電弧在焊絲間交替燃燒,且焊絲在電弧空間中的位置決定了焊絲上的電流分配。隨著電弧電壓的增加,交替燃弧頻率減小。當(dāng)電弧電壓達(dá)到34V時(shí),三根焊絲同時(shí)燃弧,無交替燃弧現(xiàn)象,交替燃弧頻率變?yōu)?Hz關(guān)鍵詞:三絲M
