1、第41卷第8期電力系統(tǒng)保護與控制Vol.41No.82013年4月16日PowerSystemProtectionandControlApr.16,2013含分布式光伏電源的微電網(wǎng)孤島動態(tài)運行策略李承熹,楊強,顏文俊(浙江大學(xué)電氣工程學(xué)院,浙江杭州310027)摘要:在充分考慮含光伏電源的城市配電網(wǎng)中負荷與光伏電源之間的日分布特性曲線差異的基礎(chǔ)上,提出了一種在配電網(wǎng)故障情況下的光伏電源微電網(wǎng)孤島動態(tài)運行策略。該策略建立了孤島運行的優(yōu)化模型,優(yōu)先保證對少數(shù)重要負荷進行供電。通過三次樣條插值模擬幾類典型行業(yè)的日負荷曲線和光伏電源的日輸出功率曲線,并采用粒子群優(yōu)化算法得到各分布式光伏電源在
2、各時段對各行業(yè)非重要負荷的最優(yōu)供電功率,從而實現(xiàn)負荷需求與電源發(fā)電之間的動態(tài)適配。針對所提出的微電網(wǎng)孤島運行策略,以美國PG&E69節(jié)點配電系統(tǒng)為仿真算例進行了驗證。仿真實驗的結(jié)果表明,該供電策略在配電網(wǎng)發(fā)生故障后,可以合理地生成針對負荷需求的最優(yōu)孤島供電方案,并充分地利用可再生資源對失電的負荷恢復(fù)供電,有效提升了電網(wǎng)的自愈能力。關(guān)鍵詞:孤島;配電網(wǎng);微電網(wǎng);光伏電源;粒子群算法DynamicislandingoperationofmicrogridwithdistributedphotovoltaicgeneratorsLICheng-xi,YANGQiang,YANWen-jun
