2、理對大豆種子產(chǎn)生嚴重的危害,浸水后大豆種皮消融,種子內(nèi)溶物外漏,種子萌芽子葉出現(xiàn)壞斑,部分真葉壞死,生長點消失;根部主根發(fā)育受到破壞,長出不定根,嚴重時根部不能發(fā)育,部分種子向地性消失。隨著浸水時間的延長,大豆浸泡液電導率不斷增加,發(fā)芽勢、出苗率、正常苗率逐漸降低,浸泡液電導率與發(fā)芽勢、出苗率、正常苗率的相關(guān)系數(shù)分別為一0.823、一0.854和一0.811,達極顯著負相關(guān)。此外,桂春11號的發(fā)芽勢、正常苗率均顯著高于桂春8號?!窘Y(jié)論】桂春l1號的耐浸水脅迫能力高于桂春8號。浸泡液電導率可作為大批量初步篩選大豆耐浸水種質(zhì)資源的指標,發(fā)芽勢、正常芽
