2、科學(xué)院蔬菜花卉研究所,北京100081)摘要:采用SSR檢索程序,從辣椒221037條unigenes中篩選到17319個(gè)SSR位點(diǎn),設(shè)計(jì)了10468對(duì)引物,并對(duì)其進(jìn)行E—PCR多態(tài)性檢測(cè)。結(jié)果表明,1538對(duì)引物具有多態(tài)性,其中554條辣椒EST序列能匹配到番茄基因組上,構(gòu)成了12條辣椒EST—SSR連鎖群,平均每條連鎖群含45.75個(gè)EST—SSR。對(duì)匹配到番茄基因組上的EST—SSR進(jìn)行GO(geneontology)分類,結(jié)果有481條EST序列被分類,其中以初生代謝、細(xì)胞代謝、生物合成過程為主,分別占
