1、·臨床探討·2013年12月第51卷第35期產(chǎn)前干預(yù)對(duì)單純糖篩查異常孕婦妊娠結(jié)局的影響余筱慧廣西壯族自治區(qū)鹿寨縣人民醫(yī)院婦產(chǎn)科護(hù)理部。廣西鹿寨545600[摘要】目的探討產(chǎn)前干預(yù)對(duì)單純糖篩查異常孕婦妊娠結(jié)局的干預(yù)效果。方法收集進(jìn)行產(chǎn)檢孕婦156例，隨機(jī)分為干預(yù)組和對(duì)照組，各78例。兩組均進(jìn)行定期常規(guī)產(chǎn)前檢查，干預(yù)組同時(shí)進(jìn)行產(chǎn)前干預(yù)，比較兩組孕婦妊娠期的并發(fā)癥及圍生兒并發(fā)癥。結(jié)果干預(yù)組孕產(chǎn)婦剖宮產(chǎn)、胎兒宮內(nèi)窘迫、羊水過(guò)多、胎膜早破發(fā)生率明顯低于對(duì)照組(P<0．05)。干預(yù)組巨大兒發(fā)生率明顯低于對(duì)照組。結(jié)論產(chǎn)前干預(yù)是有效預(yù)防GCT異常孕婦發(fā)生

7、泛均(28-4±3．6)歲；分娩孕周37～4l周，平均(38-3±0．7)周；體關(guān)注。葡萄糖耐量試驗(yàn)(oralglucosetolerancetext，OGTY)正重45～78，平均(63．5±5．6)kg；GCT值(8．6±2．1)mmol／L。常而糖篩查試驗(yàn)(glucosechallengetest，GCT)異常的孕婦，對(duì)照組年齡23～40歲，平均(28．7±3．8)歲；分娩孕周37～41與GDM有著相似的妊娠結(jié)局。已有研究指出，其對(duì)胎兒及周，平均(38．5±0．6)周；體重43～75kg，平均(63．1±5．2)kg；新生兒可產(chǎn)生不
