2、應。【結(jié)果】花蕾期棉花受不同棉蚜為害程度處理1—5d后,各處理棉花葉片中葉綠素含量、可溶性蛋白含量、丙二醛(MDA)含量均高于對照;處理13d后棉花葉片丙二醛含量顯著高于對照且隨著為害程度升高而增大,而棉花葉片葉綠素含量和可溶性蛋白含量均低于對照。為害持續(xù)<5d時,為害程度為1級的棉花葉片過氧化物酶(POD)活性、過氧化氫酶(CAT)活性均顯著低于對照(P<0.05),但隨時間延長不同危害程度下過氧化物酶(POD)、超氧化物歧化酶(SOD)活性均低于前期處理?!窘Y(jié)論】隨時問延長棉蚜為害程度為1級花蕾期棉花在棉蚜脅迫下產(chǎn)生耐蚜性,說明棉蚜輕度為害對提高棉
