2、0及高速光耦TLP113等構(gòu)成的光電編碼器CAN總線接口硬件電路;給出了光電編碼器CAN總線接口的軟件設(shè)計(jì),包括初始化設(shè)計(jì)、CAN總線報(bào)文接收及發(fā)送設(shè)計(jì);最后,通過周立功公司的“USBCAN1”型號(hào)CAN總線接口卡驗(yàn)證了該光電編碼器CAN總線接口設(shè)計(jì)的可行性。實(shí)驗(yàn)中采用1m長(zhǎng)的屏蔽雙絞線作為傳輸介質(zhì),通信速率達(dá)800kb/s,誤-11碼率<10。實(shí)驗(yàn)結(jié)果表明:帶有CAN接口的光電編碼器克服了傳統(tǒng)的通信線路的缺點(diǎn),具有更高的實(shí)時(shí)性、可靠性,且通信速率高、傳輸距離長(zhǎng)、抗干擾能力強(qiáng)。關(guān)鍵詞:光電編碼器;CAN總線;SJA1000中圖分類號(hào):TP212.12文獻(xiàn)標(biāo)識(shí)碼:AApplic
