1、應變強化后容器的外壓屈曲分析陳希,鄭津洋,繆存堅,高曉哲,惠培子,丁會明(1.浙江大學化工機械研究所浙江杭州310027;2.高壓過程裝備與安全教育部工程研究中心,浙江杭州310027;3.流體動力與機電系統(tǒng)國家重點實驗室,浙江杭州310027)摘要:在應變強化過程中,容器會發(fā)生塑性變形。為了解該變形對于容器外壓穩(wěn)定性的影響,確立了全面考慮強化影響的非線性屈曲分析方法,并選擇不圓度作為初始幾何缺陷,進行理想容器和含初始不圓度容器在強化前后的屈曲求解,通過比較屈曲載荷、屈曲模態(tài)以及載荷位移曲線的變化來探究應變強化過程對容器外壓穩(wěn)定性的影響規(guī)律。結果表明,建立的容器模型的屈曲載荷具有
