2、:44:29)為流動相測定三尖杉寧堿和紫杉醇,采用Nova—Pakc,反相柱,流速為1mL/min,柱溫35℃,紫外檢測波長為227am。10.去乙酰基巴卡亭Ⅲ、巴卡亭Ⅲ、三尖杉寧堿和紫杉醇的線性范圍(n=5)分別為0.01—0.5(r=0.9998),0.01—1(r=0.9999),0.015—0.5(r:0.9990),0.01~0.5g(r=0.9992);樣品用丙酮和水浸提,體積比為60:40,回收丙酮后,用二氯甲烷萃取得到上述四種成分。本實驗方法操作簡便,結果準確,重現(xiàn)性好,可作為不同地區(qū)紅豆杉的質量控制方法之一。關鍵詞:HPLC;紅豆杉;10.去乙酰基巴卡亭

6、tionofmobilephase(27%acetonitrile:44%water:29%methano1).TheflowrateWas1.0mL/minandthewavelengthofUVdetectionwas227nln.Theassaydisplayedgoodlinearityovertheconcentrationrangesof0.01-0.5Ixg(r=0.9998),0.01-1g(r=0.9999),0.015-0.5g(r=0.999o)and0.01-0.5Ixg(r=O.9992),n=5,respectively.Thefourcomp
