2、菜可食部分砷含量范圍為0.04~2.64mg/kg、平均為0.74mg/kg、中值為0.54mg/kg,54%的蔬菜可食部分含砷量超過(guò)了《蔬菜衛(wèi)生標(biāo)準(zhǔn)》規(guī)定的最大允許量(MPC≥0.5mg/kg);菠菜,茼蒿和生菜可食部分超標(biāo)比較嚴(yán)重,最大砷含量超出MPC5倍左右。關(guān)鍵詞:砷;蔬菜;污染;安全;土壤ArsenicconcentrationsinsoilsandvegetablesandtheirriskassessmentsinhighlycontaminatedareainHu'nanProvince1,222222CAIBao-Song,CHE

5、uptakeofarsenic(As)byvegetablesfromcontaminatedsoilspresentsahealthhazardthatmayaffecttheuseofagriculturalland.ContaminationoffoodsbyAsremainsapossibledangerunderlongtimeconsumer.WithintheHunanProvince,GuiyangandShimencountycontainthelargestnumbersofpeoplelivinginproximitytosu
