1、2015年6月甘肅農(nóng)業(yè)大學(xué)學(xué)報(bào)第50卷第3期102~112J0URNALOFGANSUAGRICULTURALUNIVERSITY雙月刊蒼耳提取物蒼耳亭的結(jié)構(gòu)修飾及其殺蟲活性測定孟學(xué)英,沈慧敏(甘肅農(nóng)業(yè)大學(xué)草業(yè)學(xué)院,甘肅蘭州730070)摘要:通過對蒼耳提取物蒼耳亭的化學(xué)結(jié)構(gòu)進(jìn)行改造合成得到18種單體化合物,采用室內(nèi)生測法測定了化合物對二斑葉螨和粘蟲的殺蟲活性.結(jié)果表明:c7和C5對二斑葉螨觸殺活性最高,48h校正死亡率分別為75.38和69.62;C7、C18、C5和C10對粘蟲有較好的拒食活性,48h非選擇拒食率分別為74.4O
2、、63.59、59.98和58.4O;C5、C7、C14和C4對粘蟲有很好的觸殺活性,48h校正死亡率分別分別為78.74、73.62、65.21%和62.O6;c5、C7、C14和CIO對粘蟲有一定的胃毒作用,48h校正死亡率分別為74.26、65.32、56.97和53.86.可見,C7、C5和C14不僅對二斑葉螨雌成螨有很好的觸殺活性,對粘蟲還有良好地觸殺、胃毒和拒食作用,具有很好的開發(fā)前景;C18、C10和c4對粘蟲拒食、胃毒和觸殺作用也值得研究.關(guān)鍵詞:蒼耳亭;結(jié)構(gòu)修飾;二斑葉螨;粘蟲;生物活性中圖分類號(hào):TQ450.1_
