2、蟲(chóng)病不同世代的育種分離群體為材料,采用人工接種鑒定和抗病基因型鑒定相結(jié)合的方法,探討了標(biāo)記基因型在不同分離世代的鑒定效率。結(jié)果表明:隨著分離群體世代的增加,抗病個(gè)體在分離群體中所占比例呈上升趨勢(shì),分離世代的卡方測(cè)驗(yàn)表明抗病性由2個(gè)隱性基因控制;基于抗病基因hgl開(kāi)發(fā)的Indel標(biāo)記rhg1一I4和SCN—ResBridge對(duì)表型的檢測(cè)效率達(dá)到88.89%,顯著高于Satt309(50.00%);隨著育種群體世代的增加,標(biāo)記檢測(cè)效率有所提高。不同標(biāo)記組合并沒(méi)有提高標(biāo)記的檢測(cè)效率。結(jié)果證明基于抗病基因序列開(kāi)發(fā)的功
