2、,飼養(yǎng)凡納濱對(duì)蝦6周后采用注射法進(jìn)行白斑綜合征病毒攻毒試驗(yàn),攻毒期為52h。結(jié)果顯示,4日齡家蠅繁育的蠅蛆經(jīng)刺激后生長(zhǎng)狀況良好,產(chǎn)量最高;提取的家蠅抗菌肽濃度為25.05mg/mL,提取率為2.36%;提取液稀釋11倍后,其對(duì)銅綠假單胞菌的抑菌率為21.05%,抗菌活力為24.58U。與未添加組相比,40、80mg/kg組累積死亡率顯著降低,各添加組的相對(duì)保護(hù)率分別為42.42%、33.33%和9.09%。結(jié)果表明,該提取工藝可保證抗菌肽的提取率,保持其穩(wěn)定性和抗菌活性;在飼料中添加該抗菌肽,可提高凡納濱對(duì)蝦抗白斑綜
