2、，飼養(yǎng)凡納濱對(duì)蝦6周后采用注射法進(jìn)行白斑綜合征病毒攻毒試驗(yàn)，攻毒期為52h。結(jié)果顯示，4日齡家蠅繁育的蠅蛆經(jīng)刺激后生長(zhǎng)狀況良好，產(chǎn)量最高；提取的家蠅抗菌肽濃度為25．05mg／mL，提取率為2．36％；提取液稀釋11倍后，其對(duì)銅綠假單胞菌的抑菌率為21．05％，抗菌活力為24．58U。與未添加組相比，40、80mg／kg組累積死亡率顯著降低，各添加組的相對(duì)保護(hù)率分別為42．42％、33．33％和9．09％。結(jié)果表明，該提取工藝可保證抗菌肽的提取率，保持其穩(wěn)定性和抗菌活性；在飼料中添加該抗菌肽，可提高凡納濱對(duì)蝦抗白斑綜
