2、取的揮發(fā)油得油率分別為0.87‰,0.88%0,0.91%。,0.94%o,共鑒定出化合物種類分別為54種、46種、45種、42種,其中共有成分41種,主要化合物成分有姜烯、檸檬醛、倍半水芹烯、檸檬醛、a一姜黃烯等.結(jié)果表明:四種方法均只使用水作為溶劑,具有綠色、對(duì)環(huán)境無(wú)污染的優(yōu)點(diǎn);提取的揮發(fā)油得油率和化學(xué)成分基本相同,MASD和UMASD比SD所需時(shí)間更短.UMASD是一個(gè)高效、快速、簡(jiǎn)單和綠色的樣品前處理方法.關(guān)鍵詞:超聲微波協(xié)同;氣相色譜一質(zhì)譜法;揮發(fā)油;生姜中圖分類號(hào):0657.63文獻(xiàn)標(biāo)志碼:A文章編號(hào):1006—4303(2013)06—06
