3、利用磁共振成像(MRI)技術(shù)檢查胼胝體壓部病變。結(jié)果3例患者均存在胼胝體壓部病變，但均無(wú)胼胝體病變所致的失連接綜合征表現(xiàn)。頭顱MRI技術(shù)提示3例患者胼胝體病變主要為長(zhǎng)T2異常信號(hào)、FLAIR像稍高信號(hào)，其中1例DWI呈高信號(hào)。出現(xiàn)胼胝體病變的3例肝豆?fàn)詈俗冃曰颊呔∏檩^重、腦部損傷彌漫(尾狀核、殼核、蒼白球、丘腦、中腦及橋腦)。結(jié)論胼胝體病變?yōu)楦味範(fàn)詈俗冃曰颊呱僖姷挠跋駥W(xué)表現(xiàn)，若在有典型基底節(jié)病變的同時(shí)還伴有胼胝體病變則高度支持肝豆?fàn)詈俗冃缘脑\斷。胼胝體病變也提示患者病情較重、腦部損傷彌漫，預(yù)后相對(duì)較差。
