1、石油機(jī)械2014年第42卷第2期CHINAPETROLEUMMACHINERY一53一用的受危尺效●油氣田開(kāi)發(fā)工程RTTS封隔器卡瓦力學(xué)性能分析仝少凱朱炳坤曹銀萍竇益華(西安石油大學(xué)機(jī)械工程學(xué)院)摘要:為了解RTTS封隔器卡瓦在井下的力學(xué)行為,優(yōu)化其結(jié)構(gòu)參數(shù)和提高其承載能力,利彈性力學(xué)楔形體應(yīng)力分析方法分析了RTTS封隔器卡瓦的應(yīng)力分布及強(qiáng)度,確定了卡瓦牙根部應(yīng)力集中系數(shù)與集中應(yīng)力,同時(shí)根據(jù)井下卡瓦的平衡條件,導(dǎo)出了RTTS封隔器卡瓦在井下承的真實(shí)軸向載荷的計(jì)算公式。算例分析結(jié)果表明:(1)卡瓦下端面牙齒受力較大,該點(diǎn)為應(yīng)力險(xiǎn)點(diǎn),而卡瓦端面最薄處牙齒受力則較??;(2)相

7、套管室內(nèi)模擬試驗(yàn)研究等幾個(gè)方面,而對(duì)卡0引瓦在井下的工作性能及其與套管的咬合過(guò)程則分析不足,需要進(jìn)一步研究和探討。RTYS封隔器卡瓦錨目前,國(guó)內(nèi)外對(duì)封隔器卡瓦的研究工作主要集定時(shí),其下錐體通過(guò)機(jī)械作用擠壓卡瓦,使卡瓦與中在卡瓦與套管接觸應(yīng)力分析、新型卡瓦結(jié)構(gòu)套筒接觸,從而在卡瓦齒上及套筒上形成非常復(fù)雜設(shè)計(jì)優(yōu)化、卡瓦錨定參數(shù)計(jì)算以及卡瓦損傷的接觸應(yīng)力。分析RTYS封隔器卡瓦在井下的力學(xué)基金項(xiàng)目:國(guó)家科技重大專(zhuān)項(xiàng)“塔里木盆地庫(kù)車(chē)前陸盆地油氣勘探示范工程——超深超高壓高溫油氣井試油、完井及儲(chǔ)層改造配套技術(shù)”(2O11ZX05046-04);西安
