2、組合的小麥永久F2群體,并于2007年種植于山東泰安和山東聊城。構(gòu)建了一套覆蓋小麥21條染色體的遺傳連鎖圖譜,并利用該圖譜的324個(gè)SSR標(biāo)記對(duì)小麥株高進(jìn)行QTL定位研究,使用基于混合線性模型的QTLNetwork2.0軟件進(jìn)行QTL分析。在永久F2群體中定位了7個(gè)株高QTL,包括4個(gè)加性QTL,1個(gè)顯性QTL,1對(duì)上位性QTL,共解釋株高變異的20%,其中位于4D染色體的qPh4D,具有最大的遺傳效應(yīng),貢獻(xiàn)率為7.5%;位于2D染色體顯性效應(yīng)位點(diǎn)qPh2D,可解釋1.6%的表型變異;位于5B~6D染色體上位效應(yīng)位點(diǎn),
