2、原含量、SDH、LDH、ANAE和ACP活性。結(jié)果：與正常大鼠相比，CAG組大鼠一般狀況欠佳，體質(zhì)量明顯減輕；大鼠胃黏膜萎縮、變薄，胃黏膜炎癥程度積分和胃黏膜糜爛程度積分明顯升高，而胃黏膜厚度和腺管總長度明顯降低；空腸和肝也呈現(xiàn)出不同程度的病理學(xué)改變；大鼠上述臟器的糖原含量、SDH、ANAE、ACP和LDH活性多數(shù)顯著降低；經(jīng)黃芪建中湯治療21d后，上述指標(biāo)明顯改善并明顯優(yōu)于維酶素組。結(jié)論：脾虛型CAG狀態(tài)下，機(jī)體存在多臟器代謝紊亂，黃芪建中湯對(duì)之有良好的復(fù)健作用，其療效顯著優(yōu)于維酶素。關(guān)鍵詞黃芪建中湯；慢性萎縮性胃炎；脾虛；組織
