2、的主要病害之一,挖掘抗粗縮病玉米種質(zhì),進而培育抗病品種是防治粗縮病危害最經(jīng)濟有效的途徑。選用184份常用玉米自交系(包括111份普通玉米和73份糯玉米)于2009—2010年在玉米粗縮病重發(fā)區(qū)江蘇沿江地區(qū)農(nóng)業(yè)科學研究所試驗田進行田間自然鑒定;同時利用117對SSR引物對供試的玉米自交系進行多態(tài)性檢測,按UPGMA方法,利用Powermarker3.0軟件對184份自交系進行系統(tǒng)聚類分析。篩選出2份高抗(T877和YJ7)、6份抗病普通自交系和2份糯玉米抗性種質(zhì)?;?44個SSR多態(tài)性位點,結(jié)合系譜資料和育種實踐,將184份自交系劃為9個雜種優(yōu)勢亞群。自交系4S及其衍生系(第VI亞
