2、00、200mg/kg·d。測(cè)定s荷瘤小鼠外周血中白細(xì)胞數(shù)量,ELISA法檢測(cè)細(xì)胞因子TNF一0【的變化,流式細(xì)胞儀檢測(cè)S荷瘤小鼠T淋巴細(xì)胞亞群CD4+/CD;變化。結(jié)果顯示:與單獨(dú)應(yīng)用環(huán)磷酰胺相比,大豆多糖可以提高荷瘤小鼠的外周血中白細(xì)胞數(shù)量;提高荷瘤小鼠血清中細(xì)胞因子TNF一0【水平。隨大豆多糖給藥劑量的升高,CD4+細(xì)胞比例變化不明顯,CDs細(xì)胞比例降低,CD4/cD升高。故大豆多糖能夠通過(guò)調(diào)節(jié)荷瘤小鼠免疫功能而增強(qiáng)環(huán)磷酰胺的抗腫瘤作用,并減輕其毒副作用。關(guān)鍵詞:大豆多糖,環(huán)磷酰胺,減毒增效作用,免疫增強(qiáng)作用,CD4+/cDMecha
