1、山西農(nóng)業(yè)科學(xué)2012,40(4):310—313,385Journa/ofShanxiAgricuhurdSciencesdoi:10.3969~.issn.1002-2481.2012.04.04紅小豆主要數(shù)量性狀的主成分與聚類分析申慧芳.李國柱(山西農(nóng)業(yè)大學(xué)文理學(xué)院,山西太谷030801)摘要:對(duì)13個(gè)紅小豆品種的10個(gè)主要數(shù)量性狀進(jìn)行了相關(guān)性、主成分及聚類分析。結(jié)果表明,10個(gè)數(shù)量性狀的變異系數(shù)為33.56%~2.37%,其中,最大的為分枝數(shù),最小的為生育期。相關(guān)分析表明,單株莢數(shù)與單株產(chǎn)量顯著正相關(guān)。主成分分析結(jié)果表明,前
2、4個(gè)主成分(莢型因子、單莢粒數(shù)因子、生育期因子和產(chǎn)量因子)對(duì)變異的貢獻(xiàn)率達(dá)86.48%。聚類分析把13個(gè)紅小豆品種分為4類,各類之間單株產(chǎn)量差異明顯,占主導(dǎo)地位的因子各不相同,在育種中應(yīng)根據(jù)育種目標(biāo)綜合考慮。研究發(fā)現(xiàn),在紅小豆的輻射誘變高產(chǎn)突變體的選擇中,首先應(yīng)該把單株莢數(shù)作為選育的重點(diǎn)標(biāo)識(shí)性狀,同時(shí)把不同性狀綜合考慮進(jìn)去,才能夠真正選擇出性狀優(yōu)良的突變體。關(guān)鍵詞:紅小豆;數(shù)量性狀;相關(guān)分析;主成分分析;聚類分析中圖分類號(hào):$521.032文獻(xiàn)標(biāo)識(shí)碼:A文章編號(hào):1002—2481(2012)04—0310—05Principal
