2、OT/Au復(fù)合修飾電極,用于多巴胺(DA)的電化學(xué)檢測(cè)。考察了PEDOT/Au復(fù)合修飾電極中AuNPs的沉積量對(duì)DA電化學(xué)檢測(cè)響應(yīng)的影響,同時(shí)研究了在干擾物質(zhì)抗壞血酸(AA)和尿酸(UA)存在時(shí),PEDOT/Au復(fù)合修飾電極對(duì)DA的檢測(cè)。結(jié)果表明,在中性pH溶液中,利用PEDOT/Au復(fù)合修飾電極,采用差分脈沖伏安法檢測(cè)DA的線-6-4-8性范圍為5×10~1×10moI/L,最低檢測(cè)限可達(dá)1×10moI/L,且能有效排除AA和UA的干擾,實(shí)現(xiàn)三者的同時(shí)檢測(cè)。關(guān)鍵詞:聚3,4-乙撐二氧噻吩;金納米顆粒;多巴胺;PEDOT/Au復(fù)合修飾電極;電化學(xué)檢測(cè)+中
