2、乳對(duì)種子萌發(fā)的影響和模擬野外條件對(duì)不同沙埋深度幼苗出土的影響。結(jié)果表明:黑暗條件下種子萌發(fā)率顯著高于光條件下;移走胚乳75%時(shí),種子萌發(fā)最快;不同沙埋深度以0.5cm的淺層沙埋時(shí)的種子萌發(fā)率和幼苗出土率最高而休眠率最低;沙埋超過2cm后,種子萌發(fā)率、幼苗出土率與沙埋深度呈負(fù)相關(guān),休眠率隨著沙埋深度的增加而增加。說明沙生針茅種子為休眠型暗條件萌發(fā)類型。人工播種應(yīng)以0.5~2cm深度為宜。關(guān)鍵詞:沙生針茅;種子萌發(fā);光/暗條件;切除胚乳;沙埋深度;種子形態(tài)中圖分類號(hào):S31l文獻(xiàn)標(biāo)志碼:A論文編號(hào):2013.1470
