2、氣相對濕度(RH)的相關(guān)性進(jìn)行了測定和分析。結(jié)果表明,4種含笑幼樹葉綠素?zé)晒鈪?shù)Fv/Fm在春季日變化小,各個(gè)時(shí)刻的測定值均大于0.75,熒光參數(shù)Fv/Fm在春季與其PAR、Ta和RH均無顯著相關(guān)性。4種含笑葉綠素?zé)晒鈪?shù)Fv/Fm在夏季的日變化均呈先降后升的趨勢,最低值(<0.75)出現(xiàn)在12:00~14:00之間。深山含笑和闊瓣含笑葉綠素?zé)晒鈪?shù)Fv/Fm與夏季的Ta和RH均分別呈顯著負(fù)相關(guān)和顯著正相關(guān),但金葉含笑夏季葉綠素?zé)晒鈪?shù)Fv/Fm與PAR和Ta呈顯著負(fù)相關(guān)。從葉綠素?zé)晒鈪?shù)Fv/Fm的日變化趨勢和測定值看,深山含笑、闊瓣含笑和金葉含笑的光合機(jī)
3、構(gòu)在夏季12:00~14:00均受到可逆性脅迫影響。峨眉含笑夏季葉綠素?zé)晒鈪?shù)Fv/Fm與Ta和RH分別呈極顯著負(fù)相關(guān)和極顯著正相關(guān),且Fv/Fm的測定值在一天中各個(gè)時(shí)刻均低于0.75,表明其光合機(jī)構(gòu)在夏季受到不可逆性脅迫影響。峨眉含笑葉片葉綠素?zé)晒鈪?shù)Fv/Fm在秋季日變化呈先降后升的趨勢,最低值(0.72)出現(xiàn)在14:00,且與RH呈顯著正相關(guān),其它3種含笑的Fv/Fm在秋季的日變化小,各個(gè)時(shí)刻的測定值均在0.75以上,且與其PAR、Ta和RH無顯著相關(guān)性。4種含笑葉綠素?zé)晒鈪?shù)Fv/Fm在冬季的日變化均呈先升后降的趨勢,且均與Ta呈顯著正相關(guān)。從葉綠素
