1、第44卷第1期淡水漁業(yè)2014年1月Vo1.44No.1FreshwaterFisheriesJan.2014·研究簡報(bào)·泥鰍黏液防生物污損作用研究潘高,劉念,許云,彭俊講,程鈺蓉,郭萍,熊燕飛(武漢理工大學(xué)生物科學(xué)與技術(shù)系,武漢430070)摘要:研究了泥鰍(Misgurnusanguillicaudatus)體表黏液對(duì)微生物結(jié)構(gòu)蛋白與多糖的降解作用和對(duì)微生物生長的影響。采用考馬斯亮藍(lán)法和DNS法檢測(cè)泥鰍黏液與微生物結(jié)構(gòu)大分子混合作用,及黏液上清液中的可溶性蛋白含量和還原糖量。并將泥鰍黏液分別
2、與酵母菌、大腸桿菌、金黃色葡萄球菌、汀內(nèi)船體污損菌FB—a和綠藻混合作用,比較活性黏液和滅活黏液對(duì)它們的影響。結(jié)果顯示,泥鰍黏液對(duì)酵母和大腸桿菌的結(jié)構(gòu)蛋白和多糖沒有顯示出可常規(guī)檢測(cè)到的降解作用;對(duì)大腸桿菌和金黃色葡萄球菌以及江內(nèi)船體污損菌FB—a也沒有顯示出生長抑制或殺菌作用,兩種細(xì)菌和FB—a菌株與泥鰍黏液作用后生長正常,甚至生長更旺盛,且菌細(xì)胞發(fā)生聚集,不易分散;但對(duì)遍生綠藻產(chǎn)生明顯的生長抑制,與泥鰍粘液作用后,綠藻吸附黏液蛋白成分而發(fā)生聚集,貼壁生長明顯減弱。關(guān)鍵詞:泥鰍(Misgurnu
