1、生態(tài)學(xué)雜志ChineseJournalofEcology2013,32(11):2992—2996泥炭地苔蘚附生硅藻個(gè)體大小對水位變化的響應(yīng)球趙海燕陳旭卜兆君楊闊(中國地質(zhì)大學(xué)(武漢)地球科學(xué)學(xué)院地理系,武漢430074;東北師范大學(xué)泥炭沼澤研究所,長春130024)摘要苔蘚附生硅藻是泥炭地中重要的微生物種群,其種群組成對泥炭地水位變化響應(yīng)敏感,但其形態(tài)特征與水位變化的關(guān)系還不清楚。本文選取苔蘚附生硅藻中2個(gè)主要優(yōu)勢屬種Eunotiasteineckei和Eunotiapaludosavar.paludosa,在顯微鏡下測量其個(gè)體長度。硅藻個(gè)體長度均值與水位、含水量、pH、電
2、導(dǎo)率、總磷和總氮等環(huán)境因子的Pearson相關(guān)分析結(jié)果表明,2個(gè)種的個(gè)體長度均值都與水位變化呈極顯著負(fù)相關(guān)關(guān)系,而與含水量呈顯著正相關(guān)。除E.steineckei個(gè)體長度與pH值呈顯著負(fù)相關(guān)外,硅藻個(gè)體長度與其他環(huán)境因子相關(guān)性都不顯著。表明這2種硅藻個(gè)體的長度主要響應(yīng)于泥炭地水位變化。硅藻在無性繁殖階段個(gè)體分裂變小,有性繁殖階段產(chǎn)生復(fù)大孢子個(gè)體恢復(fù)。泥炭地水位變化可能調(diào)控硅藻繁殖方式,從而影響硅藻的個(gè)體形態(tài)。本研究表明,苔蘚附生硅藻個(gè)體大小可作為反映泥炭地水位變化的敏感指標(biāo)。關(guān)鍵詞苔蘚附生硅藻;個(gè)體大??;水位;泥炭地中圖分類號Q945.79文獻(xiàn)標(biāo)識碼A文章編號1000—489
