1、張峰等熱水解超聲組合預(yù)處理對(duì)污泥厭氧消化產(chǎn)氣潛力的影響研究熱水解超聲組合預(yù)處理對(duì)污泥厭氧消化產(chǎn)氣潛力的影響研究張峰冉曉珊包蘇俊劉長(zhǎng)青畢學(xué)軍廖足良(青島市新型環(huán)保技術(shù)重點(diǎn)實(shí)驗(yàn)室,青島理工大學(xué),山東青島266033)摘要針對(duì)城市污泥厭氧消化由于融胞困難所導(dǎo)致的消解速率低、產(chǎn)氣量低等問(wèn)題,采用熱水解與超聲組合的方法對(duì)污泥進(jìn)行預(yù)處理,考察經(jīng)預(yù)處理后污泥融胞效率的變化及對(duì)厭氧消化產(chǎn)氣潛力的影響。結(jié)果顯示,熱水解與超聲波組合工藝對(duì)污泥的破胞作用明顯,在30min熱水解與0.53w/mL超聲聲能密度組合工藝反應(yīng)60rain條件下,相對(duì)于處理前污泥,預(yù)處理后污
2、泥溶解性COD(SCOD)溶出率可提高41.6,蛋白質(zhì)增加值達(dá)282.7mg/L,污泥厭氧消化的產(chǎn)氣潛力顯著增加;30min熱水解分別與0.53、0.33W/mL超聲聲能密度組合工藝對(duì)污泥破胞效率的差異不大;隨著超聲時(shí)間的延長(zhǎng),在組合預(yù)處理工藝前20min內(nèi)SCOD的溶出速率較慢,20~60min時(shí)溶出速率逐漸提高。試驗(yàn)結(jié)果可為城市污泥厭氧消化預(yù)處理工藝的選擇提供一定的理論依據(jù)。關(guān)鍵詞熱水解超聲波污泥預(yù)處理SC0D蛋白質(zhì)Effectofthermalhydrolysiscombinedwithultrasonicongasproductionp
