1、第53卷第13期湖北農(nóng)業(yè)科學(xué)Vol_53No.132014年7月HubeiAgriculturalSciencesJu1.,2014鹽脅迫對(duì)不同玉米品種種子發(fā)芽及幼苗生長的影響金正律.周秋艷(商丘師范學(xué)院生命科學(xué)學(xué)院,河南商丘476000)摘要:研究了NaC1脅迫對(duì)不同玉米(ZeamaysL.)品種種子發(fā)芽及幼苗生長的影響。結(jié)果表明,NaC1脅迫顯著影響玉米種子的發(fā)芽率.所有NaCl濃度下的發(fā)芽率都顯著低于對(duì)照,并且隨著NaCI濃度的增加。對(duì)發(fā)芽率的抑制增強(qiáng)品種間的發(fā)芽率表現(xiàn)出顯著差異,濟(jì)研94和鄭單985的發(fā)芽率顯著高于滑豐8號(hào)和濮單6號(hào)NaCl脅迫也顯著抑制幼苗的生長所有的NaC1
2、濃度對(duì)幼苗的根長都顯著抑制.而幼苗的芽長和鮮重只是在NaCl濃度≥50mmoYL時(shí)才被抑制從NaCl脅迫下的幼苗根長、芽長及鮮重等3個(gè)指標(biāo)來看.濟(jì)研94和鄭單985的耐鹽性顯著高于滑豐8號(hào)和濮單6號(hào)NaC1脅迫與品種間的互作對(duì)幼苗芽長有顯著的影響。說明NaC1脅迫對(duì)幼苗芽長的影響隨品種而不同。它們之間存在相互依賴關(guān)系。關(guān)鍵詞:玉米(ZeamatsL.);NaC1脅迫;品種;發(fā)芽;幼苗生長中圖分類號(hào):$513;Q945.78文獻(xiàn)標(biāo)識(shí)碼:A文章編號(hào):0439—8114I2014)13—2989—03EfectsofNaCIStressonSeedGerminationandSeedling
