1、預(yù)先脫泥重介洗選工jl；在邢臺(tái)選煤廠的應(yīng)用蘇素芳(冀中能源股份有限公司技術(shù)中心，河北邢臺(tái)054000)摘要：針對(duì)邢臺(tái)選煤廠存在的分選效果差、處理量低、介耗高、粗煤泥分選精度低等問(wèn)題，采用增加選前脫泥環(huán)節(jié)、更換大直徑三產(chǎn)品旋流器、利用CSS分選粗煤泥、將精煤磁尾作為脫泥篩后沖水等方法對(duì)邢臺(tái)選煤廠進(jìn)行了技術(shù)改造。選煤廠經(jīng)脫泥改造后，精煤灰分降低了0．22％，精煤產(chǎn)率提高了4．39％，脫泥重介旋流器處理能力提高了4％左右，中煤帶煤、矸石帶煤量均有所降低；磁選機(jī)入料質(zhì)量分?jǐn)?shù)由改造前的26．72％降為17．02％，磁性物回收
