1、2013年第17卷第21期實(shí)用臨床醫(yī)藥雜志JournalofCIinica1MedicineinPractice·105·適形放療聯(lián)合替吉奧治療老年食管癌的療效分析翟沖亞，葉柯，楊成梁，葛紅，邱榮良，劉新菊(鄭州大學(xué)附屬腫瘤醫(yī)院放療科，河南鄭州，450008)摘要：目的探討適形放療聯(lián)合替吉奧治療老年食管癌患者的近期療效及安全性。方法將40例老年食管癌將患者隨機(jī)分為放療聯(lián)合同步替吉奧組(替吉奧組)和放療聯(lián)合同步DF方案組(DF組)，每組20例，替吉奧組采用三維適形放療聯(lián)合替吉奧進(jìn)行治療，DF組采用三維適形放療聯(lián)合順鉑+
2、氟尿嘧啶+左亞葉酸鈣進(jìn)行治療，比較2組患者的治療完成情況、近期療效及不良反應(yīng)發(fā)生情況，并按照東部腫瘤協(xié)作組(E∞G)標(biāo)準(zhǔn)評(píng)價(jià)患者。結(jié)果替吉奧組完成同步放化療率顯著高于DF組，Ⅲ～Ⅳ級(jí)消化道反應(yīng)及白細(xì)胞減少發(fā)生率均顯著低于DF組，且ECOG評(píng)分改善顯著優(yōu)于DF組，差異均有統(tǒng)計(jì)學(xué)意義。而2組近期療效比較，差異無(wú)統(tǒng)計(jì)學(xué)意義。結(jié)論適形放療聯(lián)合替吉奧能有效改善老年食管癌患者的日常體能狀態(tài)，提高生活質(zhì)量，且不良反應(yīng)輕，患者依從性好。關(guān)鍵詞：適形放療；替吉奧；食管癌；順鉑中圖分類號(hào)：R735．1文獻(xiàn)標(biāo)志碼：A文章編號(hào)：1672—2
