1、麻醉與鎮(zhèn)痛，·十一玉藥斜等2014~9YJ第4卷第17期地佐辛預(yù)防瑞芬太尼復(fù)合麻醉患者術(shù)后痛覺過敏的效果周紅艷湖北省崇陽縣人民醫(yī)院麻醉科，湖北崇陽437500【摘要】目的探討地佐辛預(yù)防瑞芬太尼復(fù)合麻醉患者術(shù)后痛覺過敏的臨床效果。方法收集2011年10月～2012年10月于我院行腹部手術(shù)ASAI～Ⅱ級患者72例，隨機(jī)分為觀察組與對照組各36例。兩組患者均給予靜脈復(fù)合麻醉，手術(shù)中持續(xù)微泵泵入丙泊酚與瑞芬太尼，并間斷注射維庫澳銨維持麻醉，觀察組于手術(shù)結(jié)束前給予地佐辛預(yù)防術(shù)后痛覺過敏，對照組不給予地佐辛。比較兩組患者術(shù)后拔管時(shí)間、自主呼吸及意識恢復(fù)時(shí)間，并比較術(shù)后疼痛評分。結(jié)果觀察組
