1、第41卷第9期中國(guó)激光VoL41,No.92014年9月CHINESEJ0URNALOFLASERSSeptember,2014激光沖擊對(duì)K403鎳基合金高溫疲勞性能和斷口形貌的影響羅思海何衛(wèi)鋒周留成賴志林柴艷何光宇/空軍工程大學(xué)等離子體重點(diǎn)實(shí)驗(yàn)室,陜西西安710038、\中國(guó)人民解放軍95321部隊(duì),湖北武漢430222/摘要對(duì)K403鎳基合金渦輪葉片進(jìn)行激光沖擊強(qiáng)化(LSP),利用高溫高低周復(fù)合疲勞試驗(yàn)驗(yàn)證其強(qiáng)化效果。試驗(yàn)結(jié)果表明:沖擊后裂紋源區(qū)附近平坦區(qū)較沖擊前變大,在快速擴(kuò)展(FCG)區(qū),激光沖擊強(qiáng)化后疲勞條紋間距減小,有大量二次裂紋產(chǎn)生。且強(qiáng)化后在材料表層會(huì)引發(fā)晶粒細(xì)化以及高殘
