2、顯微鏡觀察其微觀形貌;以及使用寬頻介電阻抗譜儀測(cè)試了樣品的介電性能。結(jié)果表明,在較低的水熱溫度下即可制得單一立方相的BaTiO納米管陣列薄膜,納米管壁厚約5onm,薄膜厚度可達(dá)10m;水熱反應(yīng)溫度的升高和反應(yīng)時(shí)間的延長(zhǎng)有助于樣品的結(jié)晶度完善和介電性能的提高;未經(jīng)熱處理的薄膜樣品在1KHz介電常數(shù)可達(dá)200。關(guān)鍵詞:鈦酸鋇;納米管陣列薄膜;水熱合成;表觀形貌;介電性能中圖分類號(hào):TB43文獻(xiàn)標(biāo)識(shí)碼:A文章編號(hào)1001—9642(2014)3-0008—5StudyonHydrothermalSynthesisandPerformanc
