1、第41卷第3期人工晶體學(xué)報(bào)Vol_4lNo.32012年6月JOURNAL0FSYNTHETICCRYSTALSJune,2012微波水熱溫度對(duì)合成Bi2MoO6微晶形貌和光學(xué)性能的影響張婷,黃劍鋒,曹麗云,周森,費(fèi)杰(陜西科技大學(xué)教育部輕化工助劑化學(xué)與技術(shù)重點(diǎn)實(shí)驗(yàn)室,西安710021)摘要:以硝酸鉍和鉬酸鈉為起始原料,采用微波水熱法制備了片狀的BiMoO微晶。利用x射線衍射儀(XRD)、透射電子顯微鏡(TEM)和紫外一可見吸收光譜(uV-vis)分別對(duì)產(chǎn)物的物相組成、形貌和光學(xué)性能進(jìn)行分析。結(jié)果表明:隨著微波
2、水熱溫度的升高,衍射峰的強(qiáng)度增強(qiáng),產(chǎn)物的結(jié)晶程度逐漸提高,晶粒尺寸逐漸增大,BiMoO微晶由不規(guī)則的形狀轉(zhuǎn)變成規(guī)則的片狀結(jié)構(gòu);紫外-可見吸收光譜分析表明,Bi:MoO微晶在紫外光區(qū)具有優(yōu)異的吸收性能,且隨微波水熱溫度的降低,其吸收邊出現(xiàn)略微藍(lán)移,禁帶寬度逐漸增大。關(guān)鍵詞:Bi2MoO6微晶;微波水熱;光學(xué)性能中圖分類號(hào):078文獻(xiàn)標(biāo)識(shí)碼:A文章編號(hào):1000-985X(2012)03-0616-05InfluenceofTemperaturesontheMorphologyandOpticalPropertyo
