1、硅酸鹽學(xué)報第40卷第6期Vo1.40,NO.62012年6月J0URNALOFTHECHINESECERAMICSOCIETYJune,2012鎢與鉍摩爾比對Bi2W06微晶形貌及光學(xué)性能的影響卓藝喬,黃劍鋒,曹麗云,吳建鵬(教育部輕化工助劑化學(xué)與技術(shù)重點實驗室,陜西科技大學(xué),西安710021)摘要:以Bi(No3)ySH20和Na2WO4"2H2O為原料,采用水熟法合成了Bi2WO6微晶。采用x射線衍射、場發(fā)射掃描電子顯微鏡、透射電子顯微鏡和紫外一可見漫反射光譜研究n(W)/n(Bi)摩爾比對合成Bi2WO6粉體的形貌和光學(xué)性能的影響。結(jié)果表明:不同
2、的n(W)/n(Bi)~L對水熱法合成Bi2WO6微晶有很大影響;在n(W)/n(Bi):O.5:1.0~2:2范圍內(nèi)均可制備出斜方晶系鎢鉍礦型結(jié)構(gòu)的Bi2WO6微晶。當(dāng)n(W)/n(Bi)=1:2時,Bi2WO6的結(jié)晶性能最好;隨n(W)/n(Bi)比增加,Bi2WO6的形貌由卡片狀球形結(jié)構(gòu)向致密球形結(jié)構(gòu)轉(zhuǎn)變。光學(xué)性質(zhì)研究表明,所制備的微晶表現(xiàn)出較強的紫外吸收特性,隨n(W)/n(Bi)比增加,其帶隙呈現(xiàn)減小的趨勢,當(dāng)n(W)/n(Bi)=1.5:2,0時所得樣品的帶隙最小,為2.58eV。關(guān)鍵詞:鎢酸鉍;微晶;光學(xué)性能;水熱法中圖分類號:TQ136
