2、、10、5和0的水體中飼養(yǎng)20d,檢測(cè)不同鹽度和不同時(shí)間(試驗(yàn)0、5、10、15和20d)鯔魚幼魚鰓絲、肌肉和腸3種組織中Na一K一ATP(NKA)酶活性和丙二醛(MDA)含量。結(jié)果表明,在正常生長(zhǎng)環(huán)境鹽度(CK)下鯔魚幼魚鰓絲、腸NKA酶活性及MDA含量均明顯高于肌肉。在受到低鹽度脅迫時(shí)不同組織的響應(yīng)程度不同,鰓絲和腸NKA酶活性變化幅度高于肌肉,而MDA含量的變化則恰好相反。0—10d時(shí),處理組鯔魚幼魚鰓絲、腸道和肌肉NKA酶活性均顯著高于對(duì)照組(P<0.05),表明一定范圍的低鹽度(0~15)環(huán)境能激活和提高鯔魚幼魚NKA酶活性,增強(qiáng)其對(duì)低鹽度環(huán)
3、境的適應(yīng)能力。0~5d時(shí),處理組3種組織內(nèi)MDA含量均顯著高于對(duì)照組(P<0.05),且MDA含量總體隨鹽度降低而升高。隨試驗(yàn)時(shí)間延長(zhǎng),試驗(yàn)組NKA酶活性以及MDA含量均降低并趨于穩(wěn)定,與對(duì)照組之間差異減小,表現(xiàn)出較強(qiáng)的鹽度適應(yīng)能力,但NKA酶活性和MDA含量恢復(fù)到對(duì)照組水平所需時(shí)間與組織有關(guān),具有組織器官的特異性和時(shí)序性。關(guān)鍵詞:鯔魚幼魚;低鹽度脅迫;Na一K一ATP酶;MDA中圖分類號(hào):X171.5文獻(xiàn)標(biāo)志碼:A文章編號(hào):1673—4831(2014)04—0481—07EfectsofChronicStressofLowerSalinityonA
