1、第24卷第9期計(jì)算機(jī)技術(shù)與發(fā)展V0I.24No.92014年9月COMPUTERTECHNOLOGYANDDEVELOPMENTSep.2014基于無線體域網(wǎng)的康復(fù)監(jiān)測系統(tǒng)設(shè)計(jì)高翔,劉秀鵬,馮天天,徐國政(南京郵電大學(xué)自動(dòng)化學(xué)院,江蘇南京210046)摘要:針對目前運(yùn)動(dòng)功能康復(fù)過程中生理參數(shù)監(jiān)測的不足,基于無線體域網(wǎng)設(shè)計(jì)并實(shí)現(xiàn)了用于康復(fù)訓(xùn)練的監(jiān)測系統(tǒng)。首先設(shè)計(jì)心電、肌電、脈搏等信號(hào)采集模塊并在Crossbow平臺(tái)基于TinyOS系統(tǒng)組建無線體域網(wǎng);其次基于ARM9和Linux設(shè)計(jì)本地網(wǎng)關(guān),監(jiān)控?zé)o線體域

7、moni—torforhumanpsychologicalparameters.Keywords:wirelessbodyareanetwork;embeddedsystem;rehabilitationmonitoring;featureextraction0引言傳統(tǒng)的醫(yī)療監(jiān)控使用有線的傳感器將生理數(shù)據(jù)和現(xiàn)代社會(huì)隨著世界各國相繼進(jìn)入老齡化,腦卒中其他信息傳遞到醫(yī)療中心,這種系統(tǒng)限制了被監(jiān)控對或中風(fēng)病患者數(shù)量也逐年增多?,F(xiàn)代神經(jīng)康復(fù)醫(yī)學(xué)象的移動(dòng)性。無線通信、傳感器和儲(chǔ)能技術(shù)的發(fā)展,使及其臨床研究結(jié)果表
8、明通過科學(xué)合理的康復(fù)治療訓(xùn)練得無線體域網(wǎng)成為一種實(shí)現(xiàn)健康監(jiān)測系統(tǒng)的新方可以在一定程度上恢復(fù)其受損的肢體功能。在康復(fù)法。無線技術(shù)可以將醫(yī)學(xué)傳感器佩戴在人體身上或訓(xùn)練過程中,康復(fù)醫(yī)師應(yīng)實(shí)時(shí)對患者的康復(fù)訓(xùn)練效果者植入體內(nèi)監(jiān)測病人的醫(yī)學(xué)數(shù)據(jù),并通過低功耗的射進(jìn)行評價(jià),并根據(jù)評價(jià)結(jié)果及時(shí)調(diào)整康復(fù)訓(xùn)練方案,以頻技術(shù)把這些醫(yī)學(xué)數(shù)據(jù)傳送到匯聚中心,匯聚節(jié)點(diǎn)將使得康復(fù)醫(yī)師的訓(xùn)練方法與患者病情恢復(fù)程度保持一數(shù)據(jù)傳人本地網(wǎng)關(guān)完成數(shù)據(jù)處理與實(shí)時(shí)監(jiān)控,或通過致。因此,對肢體運(yùn)動(dòng)功
