2、鉆式橋塞分段射孔加砂壓裂聯(lián)作試驗,橋塞通過8mm電纜下入,在水平段通過壓裂車進(jìn)行泵送,到達(dá)預(yù)定位置后地面給電信號進(jìn)行坐封,同時橋塞與射孔槍丟手,上提射孔槍依次進(jìn)行多簇射孔作業(yè),每段分3~4簇射孔,坐封橋塞、射孔、加砂壓裂作業(yè)最快可在12h內(nèi)完成。G16H井共分10段施工,壓后利用?50.8mm連續(xù)油管成功鉆磨?114.3mm套管用橋塞9只,鉆磨完單只橋塞平均用時僅60min左右。該井放噴測試獲得了24.7t/d的高產(chǎn)工業(yè)油氣流。易鉆橋塞射孔聯(lián)作加砂壓裂技術(shù)的成功實(shí)施,初步探索出針對該低孔低滲區(qū)塊的一套有效儲層改造技術(shù)手段,為下一步侏羅系沙溪廟組儲層高效開發(fā)積累了寶貴的現(xiàn)場經(jīng)驗。關(guān)
