1、第55卷第3期汽輪機(jī)技術(shù)V01.55No.32013年6月TURBINETECHNOLOGYJun.2013俄制800MW汽輪機(jī)組中壓轉(zhuǎn)子振動(dòng)特性計(jì)算分析張磊,張俊杰,趙宗彬,徐亞濤,秦志文(1神華國華(北京)電力研究院有限公司,北京100025;2中國科學(xué)院工程熱物理研究所;北京100080)摘要:為了分析俄制800MW汽輪機(jī)組中壓轉(zhuǎn)子在經(jīng)過臨界轉(zhuǎn)速過程中的安全性,針對(duì)機(jī)組實(shí)際運(yùn)行中發(fā)生振動(dòng)最大的中壓轉(zhuǎn)子進(jìn)行了振動(dòng)特眭計(jì)算分析。首先采用自己開發(fā)的轉(zhuǎn)子動(dòng)力學(xué)軟件,計(jì)算得出中壓轉(zhuǎn)子的第一、第二階臨界轉(zhuǎn)速,然后分別求得轉(zhuǎn)子在3O00r/min時(shí)及在第一階臨界轉(zhuǎn)速下的最大彎曲撓
2、度值,進(jìn)而通過靜撓度分析程序,計(jì)算得到了在3O00r/min時(shí)及第一階臨界轉(zhuǎn)速時(shí)所對(duì)應(yīng)的等效重力加速度值,最后在ANSYS中通過施加等效重力加速度來模擬轉(zhuǎn)子在不同轉(zhuǎn)速下的不平衡離心力,并施加轉(zhuǎn)子的離心力載荷來計(jì)算分析得到在3000r/min及第一階臨界轉(zhuǎn)速下的轉(zhuǎn)子彎曲應(yīng)力分布。研究表明,中壓轉(zhuǎn)子各最大等效應(yīng)力均遠(yuǎn)小于屈服強(qiáng)度,該中壓轉(zhuǎn)子均滿足強(qiáng)度要求。關(guān)鍵詞:汽輪機(jī);中壓轉(zhuǎn)子;振動(dòng)特性分類號(hào):TK416文獻(xiàn)標(biāo)識(shí)碼:A文章編號(hào):1001-5884(2013)03-0225434VibrationCharacteristicCalculationAnalysisofMediu
