2、rnblot等方法，觀察Evn-50增強(qiáng)DDP抑制COCI／DDP細(xì)胞增殖作用和此過(guò)程中COC1／DDP細(xì)胞凋亡，caspase-3蛋白、增殖細(xì)胞核抗原(PCNA)及其泛素化修飾蛋白(Ubi—PCNA)表達(dá)的改變。結(jié)果Evn-50不僅增強(qiáng)DDP對(duì)COCI／DDP細(xì)胞的抑制增殖作用，也增強(qiáng)DDP對(duì)COC1／DDP細(xì)胞的凋亡作用，同時(shí)caspase-3蛋白表達(dá)增加(P<0．05)；而Evn-50(20g／mr)組與空白對(duì)照組相比PCNA蛋白表達(dá)下調(diào)(P<0．05)，Evn-50與DDP合用組與DDP單藥組均出現(xiàn)了Ubi-PCNA蛋白表達(dá)，Evn-50與
