1、第41卷第3期熱力透平Vo1.4lNo.32012年9月THERMALTURBlNESe}pt.2012核電汽輪機(jī)末級空心靜葉抽吸除濕研究吳曉明,楊建道,游瑋,李亮,程凱,楊銳,史立群,彭澤瑛(1.上海電氣電站技術(shù)研發(fā)中心通流與葉片技術(shù)研究所,上海201612;2.西安交通大學(xué)能源與動力工程學(xué)院,西安710049)摘要:采用粒子輸運(yùn)模型對某核電汽輪機(jī)低壓缸末級空心靜葉柵內(nèi)的水滴運(yùn)動軌跡和沉積分布進(jìn)行三維數(shù)值計算,得出水滴沿靜葉相對葉高和相對葉寬的沉積量,并討論不同除濕槽幾何參數(shù)對空心靜葉抽吸除濕性能的影響。結(jié)果表明:水滴主要沉積在
2、空心靜葉壓力面的上半部分,少量沉積在吸力面進(jìn)口邊和上端壁表面。壓力面上的除濕槽應(yīng)當(dāng)在工藝許可的務(wù)件下盡量靠近出口邊,吸力面上的除濕槽應(yīng)盡量和壓力面除濕槽開設(shè)在同一壓力水平上;除濕槽寬度增大時并不一定有利于提高除濕效率,最佳寬度與汽流速度和抽吸壓比有關(guān);除濕槽角度應(yīng)在3-藝許可的條件下應(yīng)盡量小一些。研究結(jié)果對后續(xù)的試驗研究及工程設(shè)計具有指導(dǎo)意義。關(guān)鍵詞:核電汽輪機(jī);低壓缸;末級;空心靜葉;抽吸除濕中圖分類號:TK263.3文獻(xiàn)標(biāo)識碼:A文章編號:1672—5549(2012)03—0188—05StudyonWetnessExtra

5、dwidthofstationarybladeisdeduced,andtheefectsofdifferentgeometricparametersofgroovesontheperformanceofwetnessextractionarediscussed.Itindicatesthatthemajorityofdropletsaredepositedontheupperhalfofpressureside,andasmallquantityofdropletsaredepositedontheleadingedgeofsu
6、ctionsideandshroud.Iftheprocesstechniqueisavailable,thegroovesonpressuresideshouldbeclosetothetrailingedgeasmuchaspossible,andthelocalpressureofgroovesonsuctionsideshouldbeonthesame1evelwiththatonpressureside.Theefficiencyofwetnessextractionshouldn’tbealwaysimprovedwh
