1、摘要中國(guó)對(duì)外貿(mào)易要想在低碳經(jīng)濟(jì)壓力下贏得主動(dòng)并取得長(zhǎng)足的發(fā)展，就必須實(shí)施對(duì)外貿(mào)易可持續(xù)發(fā)展戰(zhàn)略。本文從低碳經(jīng)濟(jì)的概念，提出背景著手，進(jìn)而從現(xiàn)實(shí)出發(fā)，認(rèn)為我國(guó)對(duì)外貿(mào)易發(fā)展模式與結(jié)構(gòu)不合理、低碳經(jīng)濟(jì)對(duì)世界貿(mào)易的影響以及低碳經(jīng)濟(jì)對(duì)中國(guó)貿(mào)易的挑戰(zhàn)。在此基礎(chǔ)上提出中國(guó)實(shí)施對(duì)外貿(mào)易可持續(xù)發(fā)展的若干對(duì)策和建議：轉(zhuǎn)變經(jīng)濟(jì)發(fā)展方式,改變出口增長(zhǎng)模式,向競(jìng)爭(zhēng)力導(dǎo)向轉(zhuǎn)變、以綠色技術(shù)創(chuàng)新為核心，實(shí)施綠色貿(mào)易增長(zhǎng)戰(zhàn)略、強(qiáng)化自我保護(hù)意識(shí),警惕貿(mào)易保護(hù)主義、強(qiáng)化全民環(huán)保意識(shí)，健全相關(guān)法律體系、加強(qiáng)同發(fā)達(dá)國(guó)家的技術(shù)合作，努力促進(jìn)低碳經(jīng)濟(jì)發(fā)展完善、在國(guó)際間交往中，為我國(guó)的出口貿(mào)易創(chuàng)造良好的國(guó)際環(huán)境。關(guān)
