6、tutionalizationan樁承臺施工方案1.1??本工藝標準適用于工業(yè)與民用建筑中樁基承臺梁。2.1??材料及主要機具：??2.1.1??水泥：宜用325號～425號礦渣硅酸鹽水泥或普通硅酸鹽水泥。??2.1.2??砂：中砂或粗砂，含泥量不大于5%。水：應用自來水或不含有害物質的潔凈水。??2.1.3??石子：卵石或碎石，粒徑5～32mm，含泥量不大于2%。??2.1.4??鋼筋：鋼筋的級別、直徑必須符合設計要求，有出廠證明書及復試報告，表面無老銹和油污。??2.1.5??墊塊：用1∶3水泥砂漿埋22號大燒絲提前預制成或用塑
7、料卡墊。??2.1.6??火燒絲：規(guī)格18～20號鐵絲燒成。??2.1.7??外加劑、摻合料，根據(jù)施工需要通過試驗確定。??2.1.8??主要機具??2.1.8.1??澆筑混凝土：應備有磅秤、混凝土攪拌機、插入式振搗器、平尖頭鐵鍬、膠皮管、手推車、木抹子和鐵盤等。??2.1.8.2??綁扎鋼筋：應備有鋼筋鉤子、扳手、小撬棍、鍘刀（切斷火燒絲用）、彎鉤機、木折尺以及組合鋼模板等。??2.2??作業(yè)條件：??2.2.1??樁基施工已全部完成，并按設計要求挖完土，而且辦完樁基施工驗收記錄。??2.2.2??修整樁頂混凝土：樁頂疏松混凝土全
8、部剔完，如樁頂?shù)陀谠O計標高時，須用同級混凝土接高，在達到樁強度的50%以上，再將埋入承臺梁內的樁頂部分剔毛、沖凈。如樁頂高于設計標高時，應預先剔鑿，使樁頂伸入承臺梁深度完全符合設計要求。??2.2.3??樁頂伸入承臺梁中的鋼筋應符合設
