1、34·2012年7月第9卷第7期ChinJMedUltrasound(ElectronicEdition)，July0J!．!．?huà)D產(chǎn)科超聲影像學(xué)．13．三體綜合征胎兒產(chǎn)前超聲表現(xiàn)分析姜緯鄧學(xué)東王挺梁青梁泓周景玲陸冰王珍琦【摘要】目的探討l3一三體綜合征胎兒產(chǎn)前超聲表現(xiàn)特征及其臨床意義。方法對(duì)2008年至2011年產(chǎn)前在我院經(jīng)染色體檢查診斷為13一三體綜合征的12例胎兒的超聲聲像圖特征進(jìn)行總結(jié)分析。結(jié)果12例13一三體綜合征胎兒中1例孕65d時(shí)超聲檢查無(wú)胎心搏動(dòng)，其余l(xiāng)1例產(chǎn)前超聲檢查時(shí)發(fā)現(xiàn)均有1種以上結(jié)構(gòu)畸形，其中心臟結(jié)構(gòu)異常6例，顏面部畸形6
2、例，前腦無(wú)裂畸形4例，單臍動(dòng)脈2例，Dandy—Walker畸形、臍膨出、臍帶囊腫、雙腎積水、頸部淋巴水囊瘤、多指畸形、足內(nèi)翻、多囊性腎發(fā)育不良、胸腹腔積液、腸管回聲增強(qiáng)、側(cè)腦室增寬，頸項(xiàng)透明層增厚各1例；其中前腦無(wú)裂畸形和與之相關(guān)的顏面部畸形具有其特征性。結(jié)論胎兒13一三體綜合征有其特征性超聲表現(xiàn)，產(chǎn)前超聲檢查是協(xié)助臨床早期發(fā)現(xiàn)胎兒13一三體綜合征的一種可靠、有效的方法，具有重要臨床意義?！娟P(guān)鍵詞】超聲檢查，產(chǎn)前；13一三體綜合征Prenatalultrasonographyoffetuseswithtrisomy13syndromeJIAN
