2、齒輪進(jìn)行優(yōu)化,所以我們選用有限元法對(duì)齒輪強(qiáng)度進(jìn)行分析,可以更精確、直接的得到計(jì)算結(jié)果。為了深入熟悉和掌握輪齒應(yīng)力計(jì)算有限元分析方法,本論文應(yīng)用接觸有限元對(duì)齒輪副進(jìn)行靜態(tài)受力分析。論文的主要內(nèi)容可概括如下:基于應(yīng)用廣泛的CAD/CAM/CAE集成化軟件Pro/ENGINEER,利用特征的三維參數(shù)化建模,將特征和參數(shù)化設(shè)計(jì)結(jié)合起來(lái),根據(jù)斜齒輪的特點(diǎn)完成建立斜齒輪的參數(shù)化三維幾何模型的建立過(guò)程進(jìn)行詳細(xì)的說(shuō)明。簡(jiǎn)單介紹了應(yīng)用網(wǎng)格劃分軟件ANSA,建立了齒輪副的網(wǎng)格模型對(duì)網(wǎng)格劃分準(zhǔn)則進(jìn)行了詳細(xì)介紹。依照網(wǎng)格劃分準(zhǔn)則對(duì)四面體和六面體網(wǎng)格劃分,接觸對(duì)、約束點(diǎn)和圓柱坐標(biāo)系的
