1、‘I習(xí)JournalofSilk研究與技術(shù)DOI:10.3969/j.issn.1001-7003.2013.03.004可生物降解聚乳酸并捻長(zhǎng)絲紗的制備及性能研究吳改紅,劉淑強(qiáng),荊云娟,許巧麗(太原理工大學(xué)輕紡工程與美術(shù)學(xué)院,山西晉中030600)摘要:以可生物降解的聚乳酸長(zhǎng)絲為原料,經(jīng)并捻、熱定形加工制備了聚乳酸并捻長(zhǎng)絲紗,優(yōu)化并捻X-藝和熱定形工藝,并對(duì)紗線的結(jié)構(gòu)和性能進(jìn)行了測(cè)試分析。結(jié)果表明:并捻工序的最優(yōu)捻度為300&/m,聚乳酸并捻長(zhǎng)絲紗比原絲斷裂強(qiáng)度降低,斷裂伸長(zhǎng)率增大,且隨捻度的增大,紗線的斷裂強(qiáng)度逐漸降低,斷裂伸長(zhǎng)率升高;熱定形_Z-序的最佳熱定形溫度為80℃,熱定形時(shí)間為

7、聚乳酸(PLA)纖維纖維具有極好的服用性能,同時(shí)兼具了再生纖維環(huán)作為一種理想的可降解的環(huán)保纖維越來越受到人們保、無污染、穿著舒適,以及合成纖維高彈、高強(qiáng)、斷的青睞。聚乳酸纖維的原料具有來源可持續(xù)發(fā)展、裂功大的優(yōu)點(diǎn),具有結(jié)晶度、取向度和強(qiáng)度較高、回產(chǎn)品可生物降解、生產(chǎn)過程清潔、物理機(jī)械性能優(yōu)越潮率較低、抗紫外線性能較好、折射率較低、極限氧等特點(diǎn),使其成為新型紡織材料的新寵。聚乳酸指數(shù)高及芯吸速率較高、染色后的色
