2、%范圍內(nèi)時(shí),夾雜物得到有效細(xì)化,尺寸小于2m的夾雜物比例大幅度提高,促進(jìn)了針狀鐵素的形核。當(dāng)Ti過量時(shí),小于2岬的夾雜物比例迅速降低,貝氏體轉(zhuǎn)變成為主導(dǎo)。夾雜物中心以氧化物為主,外層包裹物為MnS。隨著質(zhì)量分?jǐn)?shù)的增加,夾雜物中Mn、Si等元素減少,Al、Yi、O質(zhì)量分?jǐn)?shù)增加,夾雜物中心的氧化物以MnO、SiO2、A12O、MgO的次序逐漸轉(zhuǎn)移至邊緣,最終被TO取代。此過程中,夾雜物由Mn.Si一0轉(zhuǎn)變?yōu)門i.Mn.A1—0,最后轉(zhuǎn)變?yōu)門i—A1.O,并且對(duì)于針狀鐵素體形核而言,完成了無效夾雜物一有效夾雜物一無效夾雜物的轉(zhuǎn)變。關(guān)鍵詞:大熱輸入焊接;Ti;焊縫組織;夾雜物;
