2、ndEngineering,ChineseAcademyofSciences,Ningbo315201,Zhejiang,China)摘要:采用線性離子束沉積技術(shù)于AZ80鎂合金微弧氧化(MAO)陶瓷層表面沉積不同厚度的類金剛石碳(DLC)膜,形成DLC/MAO復(fù)合膜層。對(duì)比研究4種膜基系統(tǒng)的表面結(jié)構(gòu)特征、力學(xué)性能以及摩擦學(xué)性能差異。結(jié)果表明:隨DLC膜厚度增加,復(fù)合膜層表面微孔數(shù)量減少,孔徑減小,但凹凸不平趨勢(shì)增加,且DLC膜表面顆粒特征更加明顯,表現(xiàn)為DLC一80min/MAO/AZ80膜基系統(tǒng)具有
3、最小的表面粗糙度,最大的硬度H、彈性模量E及H/E值;不同厚度DIc/MAO/AZ80膜基系統(tǒng)平均摩擦因數(shù)較MAO/AZS0顯著降低;DLC膜厚度增加導(dǎo)致3種復(fù)合膜基系統(tǒng)的表面微觀結(jié)構(gòu)改變,使得摩擦因數(shù)與磨痕形貌存在差異;各膜基系統(tǒng)表面磨痕處均形成了Fe的轉(zhuǎn)移層,由于表層DLC膜“裸露”的大量C對(duì)磨損界面具有很好的潤(rùn)滑作用,而使得鎂合金基體獲得有效保護(hù)。關(guān)鍵詞:鎂合金;微弧氧化;類金剛石碳膜;微觀結(jié)構(gòu);性能中圖分類號(hào):TG146.2文獻(xiàn)標(biāo)識(shí)碼:A文章編號(hào):1001—4381(2012)04—0094—0
