7、中南大學(xué)湘雅醫(yī)院放射科,湖南長沙410008)[摘要]目的研究不同測量方法及圖像獲取條件對胸腔氣道測量的準(zhǔn)確性。方法將亞克力圓管插入泡沫中制成氣道模型,應(yīng)用Siemens64排螺旋CT進(jìn)行掃描,然后用不同重建內(nèi)核對不同視野下獲得的數(shù)據(jù)進(jìn)行重建,得到氣道模型CT圖像;分別用半高寬法(FWHM)、二階零交點方法(ZC)和相位一致方法(PC)對氣道模型CT圖像進(jìn)行測量,比較測量誤差。結(jié)果對壁厚約為1.5-2.0mm的管道,當(dāng)重建內(nèi)核從B30f變化到B60f時,F(xiàn)WHM和ZC的測量誤差從正值變?yōu)橹饾u增大的負(fù)值,并在B45f時達(dá)到最小(<11),PC的測量誤
8、差相對穩(wěn)定。對于壁厚約為1mm的管道,F(xiàn)WHM和ZC的測量誤差在B30f時最大(>35),隨著重建內(nèi)核變得銳利,測量誤差近
