2、s時(shí),奧氏體不銹鋼以胞狀晶方式凝固,其凝固模式為FA模式,即8鐵素體相先從液相中形核并長大,相在1448.9℃時(shí)通過與液相發(fā)生包晶反應(yīng)(L+8—)在8鐵素體相界形成,當(dāng)溫度降到1431.3℃時(shí)液相消失,8鐵素體相通過固態(tài)相變轉(zhuǎn)變?yōu)橄?,富Cr貧Ni的殘留鐵素體位于胞狀晶之間.當(dāng)冷卻速率為3.0℃·s時(shí),奧氏體不銹鋼以枝晶方式生長,冷卻到1346.4℃時(shí)包晶反應(yīng)在液相與8鐵素體相界之間進(jìn)行,其殘留鐵素體位于枝晶干,與冷卻速率為0.05℃·s時(shí)相比,其殘留鐵素體的數(shù)量增多,殘留鐵素體富Cr貧Ni的程度減輕.關(guān)鍵詞連鑄;奧氏體不銹鋼;凝固
